How does the filming process work?
When you sign up for a Virtual Leasing Agent, our team will send you a Property Tour kit that comes with a bluetooth microphone and gimbal. You'll also be required to join a call with our team to go over the filming process. We'll cover what videos you need to record, best practices, and how to send them our way.
Once you finish filming your videos and send them to our team, we'll get them edited and send them back to you for final approval.
How long does it take to get the Virtual Leasing Agent live?
We typically provide your team two weeks for filming. Once your videos are provided to us, we can get them edited and ready to go within 3 business days.
Do I need to have a special camera or phone for filming?
Any smart phone will work perfectly! Just make sure to film all of your videos in portrait orientations so that they will be better optimized for mobile. You'll also have the Property Tour kit sent to your property which contains a bluetooth microphone and gimbal.
Can I send more videos to you any time?
Yes! There is no limit to the number of videos you add to your Virtual Leasing Agent. At any time, you can send new videos to onboarding@leaseleads.co and we will get them edited and added to your Virtual Leasing Agent.
Is there Closed Captioning available?
We offer closed captioning in English, Spanish, and Chinese. If there are any additional languages you would like to add, contact us at onboarding@leaseleads.co with your request.

Meet with a member of our team to discuss the onboarding process in detail and create a game plan for your property filming.

Record your Videos
Record your property videos, your way, using the Property Tour kit our team sends to you.

Review Edited Videos
Our team will handle all of the video editing, and will send them off to your team for final review.
5.
Go Live
After you've approved your videos, we'll send over the Embed Code to add to your site. Once live, we're here to support you 24/7, 365.
