You can see name, email, and date and time, as well as where that lead was triggered from and the originating source.
What are the Different Permissions and User Roles in the Dashboard?
Within the LeaseLeads property dashboard, there are a variety of user roles that can be granted to various members of your team. Each role has different permissions for what they can and can't do within the dashboard.
1. Manager Permissions: Edit floor plan information, specials, property information, team members and view leads
2. Editor Permissions: Edit floor plan information, specials and view leads
3. Reporter Permissions: Submit support tickets
These user permissions can be adjusted by the Manager role within the dashboard.
What kinds of information can I see in the Dashboard for my property?
You can view number of Leads, Tours Scheduled, and Phone Calls made from the website. You can also see a breakdown of Leads, Tours, Phone Calls, and Applications by source.
Additionally, you can see which floor plans are the most popular with your visitors.
If you have a Virtual Leasing Agent, you can also see video views, VLA opens, as well as the number of Virtual Tours taken.
